About this compound.

CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog modified with a drug-affinity complex (DAC) that binds reversibly to serum albumin. The DAC modification extends the in vivo half-life from minutes to roughly 6 to 8 days, and is studied for prolonged elevation of GH and IGF-1 in animal models.
