Ordering + payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Venmo Business at @NLL01 or Zelle, and we do not take credit cards. This keeps our costs low so prices stay low, and it removes the fraud exposure that would otherwise push prices up for everyone. Card processing would add 3 to 4 percent to every order, and that cost would land in the prices you see.

Paying is quick: Venmo and Zelle each take about 30 seconds to send and carry their own buyer dispute protections, so you give up very little by skipping cards. If you want to pay less, apply an affiliate code at checkout for 10 percent off through our affiliate program, or qualify for bulk pricing at five or more vials, and those discounts stack up to a maximum of 20 percent off.

Why no credit cards?

No card processor would keep this category for long, so we built around Venmo and Zelle from the start instead of risking a frozen account mid-order. The decision comes down to three things working against cards in this space.

First, most card processors will not touch research compounds, even properly labeled ones, so access is unreliable. Second, the fees run 3 to 4 percent per transaction, and that cost would show up as higher prices for every customer. Third, chargeback fraud lets bad actors abuse the credit dispute system at the seller's expense, which again gets priced back into the product. Skipping cards keeps our margin lean and our prices honest. Venmo and Zelle take about 30 seconds, settle instantly so your order ships sooner, and both carry their own dispute protections for buyers, so you are not trading away safety to save money.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes, and they are stacked transparently so you can see exactly where each percent comes from. Volume pricing matters because most research buyers reorder the same compounds, and buying in larger quantities is where the real savings show up.

The tiers work like this: five or more peptide vials in a single order takes 5 percent off, and ten or more takes 10 percent off. On top of that, an invite-only affiliate code adds another 10 percent that stacks with the bulk tier, which you can read about on our affiliate program page. That means the maximum stacked discount is 10 percent for ordering ten or more vials plus 10 percent for an affiliate code, for 20 percent off in total. There are no fake MSRPs behind these numbers, just a lower price the more you buy, which rewards labs and serious researchers who order in volume.

Do I need an account?

No, we do not require logins, passwords, or accounts to order. We keep checkout this simple because the fewer credentials you create, the less of your data exists to be exposed, and a research purchase should not come with another password to manage.

In practice, you order with just an email and a shipping address, and we keep your order history on our side rather than behind a login you have to maintain. When you want to reorder or need support, you email us with your order number and we pull it up. That keeps the process fast for you and lean for us, which is part of how we hold prices down. It also means there is no account database of customers to breach, so your purchase stays as private as the discreet packaging it ships in.

Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days once your payment clears, then travel by USPS Priority Mail with 2-day delivery. We move quickly because research peptides should spend as little time in transit as possible, and fast dispatch is the part of delivery speed we actually control. Because the clock counts business days, an order placed over a weekend or holiday begins that 1 to 2 day window on the next business day.

Shipping is a flat $10 on every order, and it is free once you reach $200 or more, which is roughly where bulk research orders land, so larger orders effectively ship at no cost. We send to the continental US only and provide a tracking number as soon as your label is created. You can read the complete timing and carrier details on our shipping policy page.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, every order ships in a plain bubble mailer with no NLL branding visible anywhere on the outside. Discretion matters because a research purchase is your business, and the packaging is designed so that nothing about it signals what is inside to a carrier, a neighbor, or anyone who handles it along the way.

The return address shows our fulfillment location rather than your home, and there is no wording on the parcel that indicates peptides or any product information. To anyone who sees it, it looks like an ordinary small package. That same privacy-first approach is why we keep checkout accountless and keep your order details on our side, so the discretion carries through from the order itself all the way to what lands on your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we ship to the continental US only, which is the 48 contiguous states. That excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO and FPO military addresses, and any international destination. We hold this line because reliable, fast, and discreet delivery is something we can guarantee within the lower 48, and crossing borders or shipping to remote destinations introduces customs, transit, and handling risks we are not willing to pass on to a research order.

Keeping the shipping zone tight is also part of how we keep delivery predictable: flat $10 shipping, free over $200, USPS Priority Mail with 2-day delivery, and a tracking number on every order. If we expand the regions we serve in the future, we will announce it. For now, you will want a continental US shipping address at checkout for the order to go through.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If a package goes missing in transit, email us with your tracking number and we file a USPS Missing Mail search on your behalf. We handle it this way because a tracked Priority Mail parcel can usually be located, and the search is the fastest legitimate route to either recovering your order or confirming it is gone.

If the parcel is not recovered within 10 business days, we replace it at our cost, so a carrier failure does not become your loss. Porch theft is handled a little differently: file a police report, email us a copy, and we replace it case-by-case. Tracking on every order is what makes both paths possible, since it gives us and USPS a clear record of where the package was last scanned and when it was marked delivered.

Products + testing

Are your peptides really third-party tested?

Yes, every batch we sell is third-party HPLC tested by Finnrick, an independent lab, and the lot number printed on your vial ties back to the specific Finnrick report for that batch. Independent testing matters because anyone can claim purity, and a report from a lab that does not profit from the sale is the only version of that claim worth trusting.

The reports are matched to your vial lot and listed on our lab reports page, available on request, so you can verify what you received rather than take our word for it. We back that with the strongest guarantee we can offer: if you independently test a vial and the result does not match our published COA, we issue a full refund and you keep the product. The details are on our refund policy page.

Where do your peptides come from?

We source from a single US wholesaler that we have vetted for purity, consistency, and lot-level traceability. We deliberately do not price-shop between suppliers, because one source means one accountability chain, and that single chain is what lets us trace any vial back to the batch and the report behind it.

Most brands chase the cheapest available stock from order to order, which makes consistency impossible to promise. We accept a slightly higher cost basis in exchange for far fewer surprises, and being more selective about who we buy from is what makes our Finnrick testing meaningful in the first place. When every vial comes through the same vetted pipeline, a passing report on one batch actually tells you something about the standard behind the next one.

What's the difference between CJC-1295 with DAC and without DAC?

The difference is half-life, and it changes how each version is studied. CJC-1295 with DAC, where DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex, has an extended half-life and is studied for sustained-elevation receptor research, where a long, steady signal is the point.

CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Mod GRF 1-29, has a short half-life and is typically studied alongside a GHRP such as Ipamorelin for pulsatile-signaling research, which models the body's natural rhythmic release rather than a constant one. Knowing which form a protocol calls for matters because the two are not interchangeable in a research design. Our CJC-IPA blend pairs CJC-1295 without DAC with Ipamorelin specifically for that pulsatile-signaling application, so if your work is built around natural-rhythm signaling, the no-DAC blend is the one that fits.

What's KLOW?

KLOW is our four-peptide repair blend, combining KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 in a single vial. It exists as a blend because these four compounds are studied together in tissue and repair research, and packaging them in one fixed-ratio vial keeps that combination consistent from lot to lot.

Each vial is an 80 mg total fill across the four peptides, and the ratio is fixed, which means the components are delivered together and cannot be separated out individually. That is worth understanding before you order: KLOW is a single combined research product, not four vials you dose apart, so it suits research designs that call for the full blend rather than one isolated compound. Like everything we sell, the batch behind your KLOW vial is Finnrick tested and traceable by its lot number.

How do I reconstitute a peptide?

Reconstitution and storage parameters should follow the recipient laboratory's standard protocols for peptide handling, since the correct approach depends on the specific compound and the research design rather than a single universal method. We intentionally do not publish dosing or reconstitution instructions, because our products are sold for in vitro research use only and those parameters belong to the lab carrying out the work.

What we can do is supply the materials: we stock USP-grade bacteriostatic water and reconstitution supplies so you can order them alongside your compounds in one shipment. If you have a specific product handling question, send it through our contact form and we will point you to the right information for your setup. Proper handling is also what protects the purity that Finnrick verified, so following your lab's established protocol keeps a sample representative of its COA.

Research use + legality

Are these legal?

Yes, for research use. Research peptides are legal to buy, sell, and possess in the US when they are sold for in vitro research and not marketed for human consumption, and that distinction is the entire basis on which this category operates. It is why our labeling, our age gate, and our product copy are all built around research use.

We do not sell for human use, we make no therapeutic claims, and we comply with FDA labeling requirements for research compounds, which is what keeps both us and you on the right side of that line. State-level rules can vary, so you are responsible for compliance in your own jurisdiction. Treating everything you buy here as material for laboratory research, rather than personal use, is what keeps your purchase squarely within the legal framework these products depend on.

What does "in vitro use only" mean?

In vitro translates literally as "in glass," and it refers to research conducted outside of a living organism, typically in test tubes, petri dishes, or laboratory cell cultures. When we say our products are for in vitro use only, we mean they are sold strictly for that kind of bench research and not for administration to humans or animals.

This matters because it is the exact framing that keeps research peptides legal to sell and that defines how we are allowed to describe them. It is also why you will never see dosing instructions or health claims from us. In practice, treating every compound as an in vitro research material, handled in glassware under your lab's protocols, is what keeps your purchase compliant and keeps our entire catalog within the research-use boundary it is built on.

Do you make health claims?

No. Our product pages describe only what compounds do in the published research literature, and we do not claim that anything we sell will cure, treat, or prevent any disease or condition. That restraint is deliberate, because the moment a research supplier starts making therapeutic promises, it stops being a research supplier and starts breaking the rules this category runs on.

None of our statements have been evaluated by the FDA, and we keep our copy pointed at research findings rather than personal outcomes for exactly that reason. If you are looking for guidance about your own health, consult a licensed physician, because that is a conversation for a medical professional and not for a product page. What you will get from us is honest description of the research and verifiable testing, which is the part we can actually stand behind.

Why is your minimum age 21?

It is the industry standard for research compounds, and we hold to it rather than looking for ways around it. Setting the floor at 21 is part of selling these products responsibly, and it signals that we treat the research-use framing as a real boundary instead of a formality.

In practice, we confirm 21-plus status in two places: at site entry through an age gate, and again at checkout before an order can go through. Orders that do not meet the age requirement are refused. Pairing the age gate with our research-use-only labeling and our no-human-consumption policy keeps the whole operation consistent, so the standard we state up front is the same one enforced at the point of purchase. If you are under 21, you will not be able to complete an order.

Returns + support

Can I return a vial?

Yes, with terms that depend on the situation, and the simplest case is an unopened vial: return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with the customer covering return shipping. The window is clear because research compounds are sensitive products, and anything opened or reconstituted is non-returnable for safety once the seal is broken.

Several cases are handled in your favor automatically. A vial damaged in transit gets a free replacement with no return needed, and if we ship the wrong product we replace it at our cost. The strongest protection is our testing guarantee: if you independently test a vial and the result does not match the published COA for that lot, we refund you in full and you keep the product. Full details are on the refunds page so you can see how each case is handled before ordering.

How do I get a custom protocol?

Fill out the protocol request form on our homepage, and a real human at NLL writes you a custom protocol within 24 hours, free, with no pressure to order. We offer it because the research side of peptides is genuinely confusing, and giving people a straight, personalized answer builds more trust than any ad could.

The protocol is yours to keep whether or not you buy anything from us. A person reads your request and writes back, rather than a template or an autoresponder, which is why it takes up to a day instead of arriving instantly. It is the same human-first approach behind our accountless checkout and our one-business-day support replies, and it is meant to make the research decision easier before any money changes hands.

Why are your prices lower than other brands?

Two things make it possible: lean operations and honest cost-plus pricing. We run as a one-person operation with AI tooling instead of a big team and overhead to feed, so there is far less cost built into every vial that the price has to recover.

On top of that, we price cost-plus rather than anchoring to inflated MSRPs. We charge what a compound actually costs us plus a fair margin, then let bulk buyers go lower through the volume tiers and affiliate code. That is also why we can afford Finnrick testing on every batch and still undercut brands that test one hero SKU and recycle the report: the savings come from how we operate, not from cutting corners on what lands at your door. The result is a lower price that does not trade away verification or quality.
