Terms of Service.
Plain English. The terms you agree to when you order from NLL. Read once, you are done.
Eligibility.
To place an order with NLL you confirm that:
- You are 21 years of age or older
- You are a qualified researcher, lab professional, or otherwise legally entitled to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction
- You will use all products purchased for in vitro research only, and will not administer them to yourself, other humans, or animals intended for human consumption
- You take full responsibility for the storage, handling, and disposal of all materials
Product use.
All compounds sold by NLL are research chemicals. They are:
- Not intended for human or veterinary consumption
- Not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic use
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Not to be used in any food product, dietary supplement, or cosmetic
You assume all risk associated with your use of these compounds. NLL is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, of misuse.
No medical advice.
Content on this site, including product pages, blog posts, and educational emails, is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for therapeutic use. If you have a medical condition, consult a licensed physician.
Pricing + payment.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices at checkout are the prices you pay. Payment is accepted via Venmo Business or Zelle. Orders are not fulfilled until payment is received and confirmed.
Discounts (5+ vial bulk discount) are clearly displayed at checkout. We do not run hidden fees or auto-billed subscriptions without explicit opt-in.
Shipping.
We ship to the continental United States only. Shipping policies, timeframes, and damage handling are detailed on our Shipping page.
Returns + refunds.
Return windows, damage handling, and purity guarantee are detailed on our Refunds page.
Intellectual property.
All content on nextlevel-labs.com (logos, text, photographs, product descriptions) is the intellectual property of Next Level Labs unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce our brand assets, product photography, or marketing copy without written permission.
Limitation of liability.
The total liability of Next Level Labs, together with its members, officers, employees, and affiliates (collectively, "NLL"), to you, for any claim arising out of your use of our products or this site, is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next Level Labs and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase, storage, handling, use, or disposal of any product; (b) your administration of any product to any human or animal; (c) your breach of these terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from NLL's own gross negligence or willful misconduct, and it survives the completion of your order.
Dispute resolution.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of our products will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of New York. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email for 30 days.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms.
If we materially update these terms, we will post the change here and email customers on our list with a plain-English summary. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
