Where we ship
Continental United States only, 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Speed & cost
UPS 2nd Day Air, fully insured: $10 flat, 2-day delivery. Orders $200 or more ship free. Most orders leave within 1-2 business days of payment confirmed; Friday-through-Sunday orders ship the following Monday.
Discreet packaging
Plain bubble mailers with no NLL branding visible. The return address shows our fulfillment location, not your home. Nothing on the outside references peptides, research compounds, or NLL.
Tracking
A UPS tracking number is emailed automatically when your order ships. No email within 3 business days? Check spam, then email [email protected].
Stability
All peptides ship lyophilized and factory-sealed in glass, stable at room temperature for standard 2nd Day Air transit.
Lost or stuck packages
Every order is insured and tracked. If a package is marked delivered but not received, or has not moved in 5+ business days, email us with your tracking number. We file a UPS tracer and, if not recovered within 10 business days, replace at our cost.
