Fast, tracked, discreet. Here is exactly what happens from payment to your doorstep.
Where we ship.
Continental United States only. 48 contiguous states.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination. If you need international shipping, email us and we will let you know when that changes.
Speed.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmed. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday ship the following Monday.
Discreet packaging.
All NLL orders ship in plain bubble mailers with no NLL branding visible from the outside. The return address shows our fulfillment location, not your home or business.
No mention of "peptides," "research compounds," "NLL," or any product information appears on the outside of the package. To a neighbor or mail carrier, it looks like any other small parcel.
Tracking.
A USPS tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order ships. You can track at USPS tracking or directly from the email link.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of payment confirmation, check your spam folder, then email [email protected].
Stability + temperature.
All NLL peptides ship lyophilized (freeze-dried powder, factory-sealed in glass vials). Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of standard USPS Priority Mail transit.

Lost or stuck packages.
USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance. If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, OR has not moved in tracking for 5+ business days, email [email protected] with your tracking number.
We will file a USPS Missing Mail search and, if not recovered within 10 business days, replace your order at our cost.
Delivery issues.
- Wrong address: We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Always double-check before placing. We are not responsible for delivery to a wrong address you entered, but we will help reroute if possible.
- Delivered to wrong location: Email us with your tracking number. We file a USPS Missing Mail search.
- Stolen from porch: File a police report and email us a copy. We replace at cost on a case-by-case basis.
