Research Use Disclosure.
This is the framework every other page, email, label, and post on this site answers to. Read it once and you know exactly what we sell and what we do not.
Scope of this disclosure.
This disclosure applies to every product listed on this site, and to every channel we speak through. That includes product pages, the catalog, bundles, the checkout, order and shipping emails, educational emails, lab reports, guides and downloads, vial and box labels, our affiliate materials, and every social media account we operate.
If any statement we publish anywhere appears to conflict with this page, this page governs. We treat that as a defect on our end and we correct it. If you find one, email [email protected] and tell us where you saw it.
What research use only actually means.
Our products are supplied as raw research chemicals for controlled laboratory work performed by qualified persons. They are intended for in vitro study and analytical use.
- They are not approved drugs and are not manufactured under drug GMP
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- They are not intended for ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other administration to humans or animals
- They are not compounded medications, and we are not a pharmacy, a compounding facility, or a telehealth provider
- They are not sold with, and must not be used with, any protocol for human administration
No medical advice, no dosing guidance.
Nothing we publish is medical advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation for therapeutic use in a person. We do not provide human dosing instructions, human administration schedules, or human treatment protocols, and we will not provide them on request.
Where we publish reconstitution math, storage guidance, or handling instructions, that material exists so a researcher can prepare and store a compound correctly at the bench. It is laboratory preparation, not a dose.
Where we describe a compound's mechanism of action, we are summarizing published preclinical literature about the molecule. That is not a claim about what it will do in a person, and it is not a promise of any outcome.
Who may purchase.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that all of the following are true:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are qualified by training or experience to handle research chemicals safely
- You are acquiring the product solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research
- You will not administer it to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local law governing possession, handling, storage, and disposal
- You accept full and sole responsibility for the product once it is delivered to you
These representations are a condition of sale. If we have reason to believe an order does not meet them, we may cancel and refund it at our discretion.
Prohibited uses.
You may not use, or allow anyone else to use, product purchased from Next Level Labs for any of the following:
- Human or veterinary administration of any kind
- Manufacture, compounding, or formulation of anything intended for human or animal use
- Resale, repackaging, or redistribution as a consumer product, supplement, or medication
- Athletic or competitive use, including anything a sport governing body would regulate
- Any purpose prohibited by law in your jurisdiction
Handling, storage, and disposal.
Product ships lyophilized and shelf stable. Once it is delivered, safe handling, appropriate storage, and lawful disposal are your responsibility. Treat every vial as an uncharacterized research chemical and use appropriate laboratory controls and personal protective equipment.
Testing and lab reports.
We publish a third-party certificate of analysis for the lots we sell, and you can read them on our lab reports page. A COA documents identity and purity of the material as tested. It is an analytical result about the chemical. It is not a safety clearance, not an approval, and not a statement that the compound is fit for use in a person.
Shipping limits.
We ship within the United States only. We do not export. You are responsible for knowing whether a compound is lawful to possess where you are before you order. Full details are on our shipping policy.
Assumption of risk.
Research compounds carry unknown risk by definition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Labs disclaims all liability arising from any use of its products outside controlled in vitro laboratory research, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your misuse. The limitations and dispute terms in our Terms of Service apply to this page in full.
Regulatory status.
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not FDA approved for any use. Nothing here should be read as a claim that any compound is safe or effective in humans.
