If you searched that question, you are doing the right thing. Here is the answer, and then the procedure for confirming it without taking our word for any of it.
Direct answer: Next Level Labs publishes a lot-matched certificate of analysis for every compound it sells, tested by five independent laboratories and readable before you order. You can verify that yourself in about two minutes using the lot number on the vial. The procedure is below.
Verify it in two minutes
Do not take the sentence above on trust. Run it.
- Find the lot number printed on the vial, or on the product page before you buy.
- Open the lab reports library.
- Find that exact lot. The report names the laboratory that ran it, the assays performed, and the result for that batch.
- If the lot on the glass is not published there, do not use it, and email support@nextlevel-labs.com.
That last step is the part worth reading twice. A verification procedure a vendor cannot fail is not a verification procedure.
Every published lot
Eighteen lots, five independent laboratories, purity as tested. Not a selection.
| Compound | Lot | HPLC purity | Laboratory |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) | PS07-BCTB20 | 99.94% | ILS Laboratories |
| GLOW | 081026 | 99.96% | Bioviridian |
| KLOW Blend | 080426 | 99.93% | Freedom Diagnostics |
| SS-31 | 082526 | 99.80% | Freedom Diagnostics |
| MOTS-C | PS07-MS40 | 99.79% | ILS Laboratories |
| Kisspeptin-10 | ki5674554 | 99.78% | MDx BioAnalytical |
| CJC-1295 with DAC | cjwd09080 | 99.76% | MDx BioAnalytical |
| Glutathione | gtt154356 | 99.73% | MDx BioAnalytical |
| GLP-2 TZ (Tirzepatide) | PS07-T210 | 99.72% | ILS Laboratories |
| Retatrutide 10mg | PS07-R310 | 99.52% | ILS Laboratories |
| CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | PS07-CJIP10 | 99.46% | ILS Laboratories |
| NAD+ | PS07-NAD500 | 99.45% | ILS Laboratories |

| GHK-Cu | PS07-GHK100 | 99.34% | ILS Laboratories |
| Retatrutide 20mg | PS07-R320 | 99.20% | ILS Laboratories |
| Tesamorelin | PS07-TSM10 | 98.04% | ILS Laboratories |
| Bacteriostatic Water 30mL | EB61901 | n/a | Chromate |
Tesamorelin lot PS07-TSM10 tested at 98.04%. It is the lowest number in the table and the only one under 99%, and it is published at the figure it earned. The seventeen results above it are worth more because that one is there.
What gets tested
Purity is one assay out of several, and a vendor quoting only purity is quoting the easy one. Each peptide lot runs a seven-point panel.
- Identity by mass spectrometry, confirming the compound is the one on the label.
- Purity by HPLC, the percentage figure in the table above.
- Quantity, confirming the vial contains the stated amount.
- Sterility, testing whether anything is growing in the vial.
- Endotoxins by LAL assay, reported in EU/mL.
- Heavy metals by ICP-MS, against USP General Chapter <233> limits.
- Fentanyl screen, because contamination in this supply chain is a real risk and screening for it is cheap.
Bacteriostatic water is tested against a different panel, because a solvent and a lyophilized peptide are not the same product. Lot EB61901 was checked for identity by RP-HPLC, sterility under USP General Chapter <1223>, endotoxins by LAL, pH and benzyl alcohol conformance to the 0.9% specification. It carries no HPLC purity figure, which is why the table above shows none.
The laboratories
Five named laboratories appear across the catalog: ILS Laboratories, MDx BioAnalytical, Freedom Diagnostics, Chromate and Bioviridian. Every report says which one ran it. A report that will not name its laboratory leaves nobody standing behind the result, which is why the name is on ours.
How orders actually work
- Orders paid before 5pm ET on a business day ship the same day. After that, the next business day.
- Shipped from the United States via UPS with tracking, in plain unbranded packaging. Continental US only.
- UPS 2-Day Air is a flat $9.99 and free over $200. Next Day Air is available at checkout.
- Prices are on the product pages. No membership, no subscription requirement.
- There is no walk-in location. Orders are placed on the site.
What we sell, and what we do not claim
Everything in the catalog is a research compound for in vitro laboratory use only. Not for human or veterinary use. We do not publish dosing protocols, we do not describe outcomes, and nothing on this site has been evaluated by the FDA. A vendor offering you a dosing chart alongside a research-use label is contradicting itself in public, and that contradiction is worth noticing wherever you shop.
The fastest way to answer the question in the title is to go read a report we did not choose for you.
